- Overview:
- You are consulting with a Qualified Homoeopathic Doctor and Certified Diabetes Educator. Though we would provide you with diet & nutrition advice after an analysis and a health assessment, it does not replace or substitute for the services of a physician or any other super specialty.
- We are providing you with an opportunity that can change your life in more ways than one. This effort involves the investment of our time and expertise, and as a wise person once said, ‘Time is money’. We would be charging you for our expertise in the field and expect you to respect it. We are not indebted to you in any way for the money you pay us, neither can it be used to take advantage of us in any way.
- We aim at changing your lifestyle. It is a process which is going to take time and some effort from your side. Kindly do not expect some quick fix in treating Thyroid, PCOD/S or Diabetes, Deranged Lipid Profile as it would be unrealistic. Lifestyle changes are about changing habits, hence do not expect miracles in a week or a month’s time. Disorders may or may not get fully cured but can very well be managed with diet & lifestyle modifications as we focus on the root cause rather than symptoms.
- We have a very holistic approach, but, if need be, we might recommend some dietary supplements or homoeopathic medicines. It is completely your choice whether or not to take those supplements, or whether you’d like to consult your physician before doing so. You are in no way bound to take them.
- You commit to take responsibility for your own actions and understand that the Nutritionist can only guide and cannot control what you consume vs what was prescribed.
- The information contained on this Website is for informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from using the information or services offered on the Website.
- The content on the Website, including text, graphics, images, and other materials (“Content”), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content without our written permission.
- You may be required to download third party application and create an account on the third party application to access certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Website, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website.
- Payments & Refunds:
To enroll with our programs, you agree to make full payment at the start of the program. Once you have paid for a program, the No Refund policy applies. Due to the nature of services involved, no refund is provided, under any circumstances. - Upgrades:
A program once enrolled in, can ONLY be upgraded within the first 10 days from the start date, after that you will have to re-enroll for the new upgraded package. Downgrades are not allowed. - Transfers:
Our programs are non-transferable. If, for a medical or other urgent reason, you are not able to continue the program, we may be able to approve the transfer request provided you can present relevant evidence. Note that if approved, standard transfer fee of Rs.2000/- will be applicable. - Missed appointments:
If you miss your appointment and do not notify us, it is your responsibility to reach out to us and reschedule your next appointment. - Pause / Hold of Programs:
When it comes to Health there is no PAUSE button. Hence, we do not encourage breaks as they disturb the flow of diet and lifestyle changes that we recommend. Moreover, lifestyle changes are about integrating those into your life regardless of what you are up to. Vacations, family functions, travelling or not feeling well should not become a factor to stop eating healthy. Though if for some other emergent reason, you need to pause your program, please get in touch with us. If the hold is approved, you are entitled to have a maximum of 4 weeks break in 6 month program and 2 weeks break in 3 month program. Hold/Pause facility is not applicable to 1 month program. - Warrantee / Guarantee:
We DO NOT guarantee 5, 10 or 20 kilo weight loss through our programs. Your body can safely lose 2-3 kilos/inches in a month, and the fat you lose with us will not bounce back as long as you remain self-disciplined. We focus more on your overall Nutrition in body, stamina and well-being. Weight Loss will be a by-product of eating healthy and following a balanced lifestyle. Our diet plans are not short-term diet plans that you follow for temporary results. Instead, the food prescribed is which you can sustain for lifelong, and hence get permanent outcomes resulting in a lifestyle change - Billing Information:
- Definition of Billing Name: The billing name referenced herein, “Reshape” pertains to the official entity under which transactions are processed and invoices are generated. Clients will recognize this name on their billing statements or invoices upon completing a purchase through our website.
- Operating Name: Our business operates under the trademark “Reshape” While transactions may be conducted under this operating name, it is important to note that all billing statements will reflect the official billing name mentioned above.
- Exclusive Billing Entity: We do not operate or accept payments under any other names or entities except for “Reshape”.
- Responsibility for Accuracy: Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the billing information provided during the checkout process. Any discrepancies or errors should be addressed promptly to prevent confusion or disputes.
