Services
Our Programs revolve around the idea of ‘Healthy Lifestyle & Behavior Changes.” We provide diet plans that are simple and easy to follow. We also makes sure that you are on the path of developing healthy & sustainable eating habits. You do not have to restrict yourself too much and you do not have to starve yourself.
We give importance to local and traditional food. All diet plans are prescribed keeping in mind that this will be something you can follow for a lifetime. While calories are important, we do not count them every time as this isn’t something you can do all your life. We will also teach you portion control so you don’t keep measuring food on a kitchen scale.
Depending on your goal we offer 1 months, 3 months or 6 months Program. Every 10 days we will have a session where we will change your Diet plan completely. Also note, there will be ample of options provided in one single plan. So, you don’t have to worry about eating the same things for all 10 days.
We do not encourage breaks as they hinder the flow of diet and lifestyle changes that we recommend. Moreover, lifestyle changes are about integrating those into your life regardless of what you are up to.
Vacations, family functions, travelling or not feeling well should not become a factor to stop eating healthy. Though if for some other emergency reason, you need to pause your program, please get in touch with us.
If the hold is approved, you are entitled to have a maximum of 4 weeks break in 6 months program, and 2 weeks break in 3 months program. Hold / Pause facility is not applicable to 1 month program.
If you start with the right attitude, commitment, self-discipline and expectations there will be no room for dissatisfaction. This is healthcare, not business. There is no exchange of product. We charge you for our time and expertise, which is irreversible.
In case you do not lose any weight, the worst that will happen is you would have gained health, understood what works and what not for your body and have figured out the root cause to continue to your own pace in life. Note that due to the nature of services provided, no refund is provided, under any circumstances. So, it is important to set your expectations right before joining.
If you interrupt or stop the ongoing program for any reason (such as change of mind, pregnancy, illness, holidays and so on), no refund will be granted to you. Likewise, any sums in respect of this program that are not yet paid shall remain due.
We do not provide with that option. However, you can always do a renewal.
You can make the payment via Cash Deposit, Online net transfer, Google Pay, BHIM, Phone Pe.
Diet Plans
First of all, do not think of it as if you are dieting. We are against dieting. ‘Dieting’ is when you are deprived of certain foods and you restrict your calorie intake so much that you lose weight. With our diets you will be eating everything including Chapati & Rice. So just to give you an overview:
– Our Diet Plans are 100% customized to individual needs. No fixed diet plans/ there is no pre-fixed template that we follow.

– Homely cooked meals.
– No powders, pills, supplements.
– Long term sustainable changes.
We measure results based on how you are feeling. For example:

We don’t go just by the numbers on the weighing scale as it can easily demotivate you. A classic example is that when you lose fat, in most cases, you gain muscle mass at the same time (which is a good thing), but the weighing scale will not go down, and hence that number is not that important.
For in-clinic visits, we perform body composition analysis once a month to keep track of progress.
Every 10 days we will have a scheduled session (telephonic/visit) where we will discuss your feedback, results, difficulties, and ONLY then create your diet plan for the following week.
During in person consultations, you can ask us your Queries then and there. For online consultations you can email / WhatsApp us your queries and we will get back to you on the same in between Mon – Sat 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Yes, we do give some basic guidance. But, at the end of the day our forte is food so we do not prescribe in depth Exercise Plan.

We work in phases where initially we understand how your body works & might order a few tests for the same. First phase, we focus on Habit Formations. Second phase we work on improving your Gut Health – where a lot of things actually happens – assimilation, digestion, absorption which decides your overall health. Third phase where in you & people around you will actually start to notice differences & Fourth is – Maintenance.
Nothing worth having comes easy & same is the scenario with health. Initially, it will look like a lot of efforts but eventually it becomes a way of Lifestyle.
We do give basic guidance related to exercise & physical activity. But, we are a team of Clinical Nutritionists & our forte is Nutrition so we do not give in depth exercise plans.
You can expect an average Weight Loss, ranging from 2 – 6 kgs in a month. But in certain cases there may be difficulty in getting a weight loss result, as weight loss depends on several factors, like – age, activity levels, metabolism, digestive health, mindset, environment, root cause, your internal and external environment, and so much more. No one can surely predict the amount of weight you will lose in one month, and our program isn’t selling a promise, magic pill or cure. We can assure you that we will put in our best care, knowledge, coaching and experience to help you reach your goals. And our weight loss results for various clients, speaks for itself!
